Nachamada Shaltha (Miss.) LL.B, B.L, was called to Nigerian Bar in November, 2006, She founded a Legal Aid Clinic under the auspices of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme in 2006, she was the Legal Assistant, Legislative Arm of Etsako West Local Government Secretariat Auchi, Edo State in the same year. Shortly after, Shaltha interned with the Law Firm of S.I. Ameh 7 Co. Barristers & Solicitors and F.A. Okanigbuan & Co. before joining the Firm of Messrs J-K Gadzama & Partners LLP. She has also done a lot of writing and research in the area of capital Market Law and Consumer protection, with unpublished articles one of which is “Capital Market Protection and Regulation; an appraisal”

Presently, Miss Shaltha is a Counsel in full Legal Practice specializing in Litigation, Corporate Legal Practice, amongst others. She is the Deputy Head of Corporate Department of the Firm. Miss Shaltha is a life member Capital Market Society of Nigeria, Federation of Female Lawyers (FIDA) where she is in the Litigation and Publicity Department, member Nigerian Bar Association and Section on Public Interest Development Law (SPIDEL). She has been a recipient of so many Awards.

Her hobbies include reading, cooking, swimming and traveling.
