Dayo Famakin-johnson is the Head, Corporate Department, Lagos office of the firm.

An indigene of Ile-Ife, Osun State of Nigeria, he was born on the 14th day of June 1977 in Lagos. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife in 2002, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. In 2007, he qualified as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, (Nigeria Branch) U.K.
He started his Legal Practice in Awka, Anambra State in 2004. In 2005, he joined the firm of Kola Awodein (SAN) & Co. Marina Lagos. He thereafter joined Chief Ladi Williams (SAN) in 2006 from where he moved to our firm in the same year.

He is a member of the following Organizations:

- Nigerian-Finnish Association
- Amnesty International
- Chartered Institute of Arbitration

In his few years of practice, he has proven his mettle in the case he handled.
He has strong bias for Maritime Law Oil and Gas Law.
He is happily married and blessed with a beautiful daughter.
