Akinlabi Sylvester Akingbade (LL.B Hons), UNAD, B.L was called to the Bar in 2007. He joined the Firm of Arewa Law Chambers, Katsina in November 2007 and worked there till September 2008, a period during which he also served as Litigation Secretary in the NYSC Legal Aid Clinic.

After his NYSC programme, having cut his legal teeth, he worked with Goldman Lagos Transnational Lawyers, Abuja from December 2008 to April 2009 from where he proceeded to the Firm of Messrs J-K Gadzama & Partners LLP on September 1st, 2009 where he specializes in Litigation and Drafting. An avid reader and research person, Akin has written several articles and presented papers in various states of the Federation. They include Kaduna, Ektiti, Katsina and Oyo State. A quiet and unassuming young man, his hobbies include writing, traveling and watching football.
