Ozioko is a partner and the Head of Corporate Department of the Abuja office.

He was born on the 5th of January, 1970 at Uzo-Uwani Farm Settlement in Enugu State, Nigeria. He schooled at the prestigious Anglican Grammar School Nsukka (now Nsukka High School) where he graduated in 1986. He studied at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he obtained an LL.B (Hons.) in 1996 and thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, in 1997. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1998 and since then he has been in active Legal Practice, with particular interest in Litigation.

His experience spans across practice areas like Commercial and Trade dispute Laws, Civil trials, Construction of Legal Documents and Statutes, Criminal Trials and Election Petitions.

Mr. Ozioko commenced his career in Kanem Chambers, Maiduguri, where he had his pupilage between 1998 and 2003 before he established his own Law office in Maiduguri in 2004.

He moved to join Isaac Anumudu & Co. Abuja, briefly in 2006 before joining JK Gadzama & Partners in 2007.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) as well as the International Bar Association (IBA).
